It’s a good day to buy VTSAX or VTI. Like it was ten years ago and like it will be ten years from now.

“Independence, to me, doesn’t mean you’ll stop working. It means you only do the work you like with the people you like at the times you want for as long as you want.” Couldn’t agree more with @morganhousel

“Being able to wake up one morning and change what you’re doing, on your own terms, whenever you’re ready, seems like the grandmother of all financial goals.” @morganhousel

My favorite Charlie Munger quote: “I did not intend to get rich. I just wanted to get independent.”

Pro tip: bike more! It is the best way to start your work day. I’m always in a better mood after a nice ride. Bike to the store, gym, office, and anywhere close to your house.

This is not an issue for 99.9% of people. For most, it’s the opposite problem. There are ways around getting $ out of tax-advantaged accounts such as Roth conversion ladder, 72(t) SEPP, or even paying the penalty. Not a major concern IMO. marketwatch.com/story/saving-t…

Did you guys know that home ownership isn't the only way to create generational wealth

Pro tip: hang dry your clothes. Don’t waste $ and energy using a power-sucking dryer. Better for your wallet and the earth 🌎 😄

I read ‘How I Invest My Money’ by @ReformedBroker and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s a great collection of stories from financial experts that share their unique investing perspectives. There’s no one way to save, invest, or spend. I especially enjoyed @morganhousel ‘s chapter
