Nigerians need to understand the essence and purpose of a Will. It’s mainly an exercise of the testator’s discretion; it matters little what you think the deceased should have done with his estate. This reoccurring problem stems from the entitlement mentality of most Nigerians.

I don’t know how to say this, but Nigeria is such an expensive country to live in. Basic amenities & major infrastructure cost more than you’d pay for in developed countries. Only cheap thing is labour.

A call for tender ☺️. This Tinubu economy is introducing new things to the way we live. Nigerians and adaptability 🤝

Nigerians saw a mockup of what's to be the BRICS currency, and instead of discussing the economic impact, they started arguing about why Nigeria was written in Hausa. They didn’t even point out the fact that Nigeria has no representative at Kazan, despite being a partner country.

Webb’s mandate for PL officiating is clear at this point. Referees are making their decisions a talking point every week. Webb himself is doing a media tour like he’s mid-2000s Brad Pitt. These guys don’t want to be stewards of the game, they want to be part of the entertainment.

We asked Howard Webb which Premier League referee is the 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐓 at football and his answer 𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐃 us! 👀 Catch the full interview on Stadium Astro’s YouTube page! #AstroEPL #Webb #PGMOL

Alhamdulilah for the 1000 calories too ☺️

This isn't an exaggeration. She's literally saying that she understands why people don't want to support a genocide, but that she DOES support the genocide, and if you want minimally decent domestic policy, you're going to have to support the genocide too.

Kamala Harris says clearly and fairly succinctly that we must accept her sponsorship of the Gaza genocide as a trade off for more affordable groceries

This is the most annoying part of litigation practice. People leave their homes early to be in Court before 9am, only for a Registrar to come hours later to announce his lordship wouldn’t be sitting - information that’s probably available days before. It’s disrespectful.

As at 10AM, the Court Registrar informed us that the Magistrate would be a BIT LATE. 2 hours later, Magistrate is yet to arrive. By 1PM, Registrar assured that the Magistrate would sit. 10 minutes later, Counsel by themselves agreed on a date.

If your concerns are indeed real, she sure would know what she’s getting herself into before deciding to accept the nomination. Unless she isn’t the brilliant, listener you make her out to be.

Awesome that Dr Jumoke Oduwole has been elevated to a ministerial role - she’s very brilliant and she listens. Unfortunately, the combo of Tinubu and APC greed means her qualities will be overridden by a “Baba Sope” ecosystem where sycophancy gets more mileage than intellect.

I know no sensible person will believe what is contained in the outrageous tweet below but in these troubled times it is important to underscore that the statement is false. Again I enjoin all those seeking to misuse my name to desist!

See how they’re showing love on her IG comments. Twitter sheeple annoys me so much.

Generations to come, most of us who eat animals today would be recorded in history as barbarians. When the world eventually goes green and majority of human population become vegetarians, it’d be unthinkable that many of you killed and ate animals for launch.

People taking moral positions on incidents back from generations they didn’t live in. They are doing it with benefit of hindsight, using today’s moral compass to judge. Morality is fluid, I bet many things we fancy today would be abominable many years to come.

Most are devoid of independent mindset Always await their favorites before they take a stand on issues.

Twitter and herd mentality. Most people just tag along to the trending outrage, without bothering to engage in any form of independent thinking. If a big account takes a position, like wide fire, you see people run along with it. They don’t bother to check if it makes sense.

This was at a time when even European women could not vote and had very limited rights. A Yoruba woman rose to the corridors of power and became one of the influential people of her time and rebelled against the white man at a time when many people cowered. She was a force.

Efunroye Tinubu’s story is more than just slave trade, she was a kingmaker in Lagos & Egba monarchical politics. She navigated the male dominated terrain with guile & wielded huge influence over two kingdoms. If you watched & liked the slave raiding Vikings, you can watch her too
