[The tall man was barely able to hide his anxiety, pulling at his hair. Another very long draw of his cigarette.] I was there when it happened. It...I don't want to talk about it. [He pasted his usual goofy grin on his face again.] I can answer some questions if you want.
He stopped in his tracks, seeing the yellow-green rabbit standing a few feet sway from him.
[ it steps forward, hesitant but curious in the way a wild animal might be.]

“Yeah and I heard about that. Owner's son died later in the hospital. They say it easy the older sibling and his friends involved. I know for sure it was an accident so I won't hold it against them.” He softly said. “It looked like a bear did it, but the teeth...I don't know.”
[His white eyes widened, his muscles stiffening. Mike took another long draw of his cigarette.] I see....was it...was that incident recent? I know there was an incident where a kid got their frontal lobe chewed off. [He scratched at his arm anxiously.]
He flicked the cigarette out the door after taking one more drag of it and blowing the smoke out and goes to turn around.
[ he takes a step forward, agonizingly slow. it is silent aside from the groan of rusted over joints.]

“No it's not about them. I'm not allowed to touch that without getting arrested it's something else. Found a guy in a restaurant with his forehead......it looked like it was chewed off by something large...real large.” He takes a drag of his cigarette, signing the smoke out.
[His smile drops a little though this revelation doesn't seem to phase him. Taking another long draw, Mike sighs heavily.] Why does that not surprise me? Is it about the missing kids? I can give you some info but I don't got a lot of evidence.
Corry would turn around and sit down in the chair regularly, signing softly and giving him a very straightforward answer in a very calm manner. “I do know for sure the killer is linked to this place. That's all I've got to work with and it does narrow down the search too.”
[Mike leaned forward, taking a deep draw on his cigarette again. A sorrowful expression crossed his face.] That's messed up man. I'm glad you're on the case though. You seem to have a good head on your shoulders. Any hints as to who's the killer?
Corry thought to himself for a moment. The most interesting case he's dealt with. “One I've recently started actually. Some mysterious yet brutals murders.”
[Mike chuckled, raising a curious brow.] Oh? Damn that sounds like lots of fun. You probably see all sorts of shit. What's the most interesting case you have had to deal with?
“All of the above.” He left it at that. Corry did take note of his reaction.
[The mention of the other being an investigator made Mike tense up for a moment before he relaxed again, taking a long draw of his cigarette.] An investigator huh? Sounds pretty cool. Do you investigate dangerous stuff or just casual domestic situations?
“I consider myself a private investigator of sorts. And I also produce music on the side. Anything to earn a good buck in this day and age ya know?” The tan skinned male replied, resting his arms on the chair and chuckling softly.
[The purple skinned man grinned, giving Corry's hand a firm shake.] Nice to meet ya too. So....what's your story? What kind of work do you do?
“Keeping myself occupied honestly.” He said.
“Nice to properly meet ya, Mike.” He'd want to question the bandages, but he decided to let it slide. For now. He shook his hand and would nod with a gentle smile.
[Blink blink, cue a goofy dumb smile on his face.] Nope I got no idea what that means but it's good to meet you Corry. [He extended a hand, it was covered in bandages.] The name's Mike. Mike Schmidt.
