This is a cut-up pillbox to make sure the parts are completely welded together to ensure it's waterproof. Made design changes to fix.
Testing weld of electronics housing to assure water proof to IP67 (submerged 1m for 30min) here, we still need some additional work.
Tool opened up exposing the core (protruding) and cavity (hollowed) sides of the tool for the top and bottom cover of the small WUF collar.
This is one of the tools to make the WUF plastics. The parts are formed between the 2 blue painted slabs of metal on the right.
