Boys, I ask of one favor of you guys today or tomorrow. Find atleast one house nearby, one that maybe is the home of an elderly couple or a single mother on their own. Help them knock out their driveway and sidewalk after the snow hits.
Don’t compromise your commitment to do the right thing, even when all of your teammates are doing the wrong thing. Whether or they not they follow you is up to them.
It takes thick skin to be a coach in today’s culture. The best way to thicken the skin is to strengthen the spirit.

So many people think with Saban it’s just strictly scheme or strictly recruiting, I can promise you it’s not. There is very few coaches that stress culture more than Saban and is as relentless with perfecting the culture. Saban is the 🐐 for every other reason outside of football
At the end of Bryce Young and Will Anderson’s press conference, Nick Saban stops them from getting up to say: “These two guys that are sitting up here, they’re not defined by one game.” He finishes by stating how proud he is of those two players. What it’s all about ⬇️

The white Reggie Bush… this kid was a video game character back in the day. The first YouTube star. This dude was the truth and every kid watched this highlight tape over and over again.
Coaches!!! Trust me! You need to reach out to him! Missed his junior year due to injury and man he reminded everyone why he was All-Catholic as a sophomore! This kid is a player!!
