When some claim "record funding" for @MoEducation schools---notice where they live. Schools are not funded equally in Missouri--rural kids are not a priority. Suburban Kirkwood and rural Warren County schools 45 miles apart--funding difference? $2709 per child. #RuralKidsMatter
