Let the unpopular opinions and the new #swifties come after me… they have on Instagram. I find it so funny they are butt hurt when other fans have opinions they don agree with only to say that we are fake. Like bitch I been in this toxicity of a fanbase well before you…?

Not me watching The MLB World Series with the Yankees and the Dodgers and chilling to a @AplatypussTV twitch stream… couldn’t think of a better way to spend my Friday night!

Huge difference in street markets like this and Farmer's markets. Your obvious racism aside, farmers markets, and even street side food vendors have permits and certain zoning restrictions. Street markets like this are notorious or substandard sanitary conditions

Because of these reasons as per the ADA: 1: It's none of the store's business what your disability is. 2: By law, they are not allowed to stop, question, or harass you because of it. It's illegal. 3: Service dogs fall under the same category in the ADA. 4: If there's any…

I have a student who’s also failing because of attendance (missing assignments) and child is so smart but parents won’t bring her to school. She’s 10 and already repeated once :(

Would depend on your terms and conditions regarding your reservation and to do with the contract with the card company. Fighting chargebacks is practically impossible unless you prove you delivered goods.

Concert_Avenues23 Reposted

It sounds like she should be upset with the credit card company which apparently used a chargeback instead of reimbursing out of pocket.

Concert_Avenues23 Reposted

I always figured credit card companies paid travel insurance claims out of pocket. Are you saying they actually reverse the charges and leave vendors on the hook?

Concert_Avenues23 Reposted

Yes, I'm guessing it's this. Which is unfortunate for a small business which has to just accept the terms of large credit card companies if they want to do business. This is essentially a misunderstanding over why they they were stiffed, they lashed out and it escalated.

Concert_Avenues23 Reposted

Annoyed? Yes. Using the credit card information to stalk someone's social media online and send harassing messages?

Concert_Avenues23 Reposted

Yes. That's how it works if the travel insurance is through the card.

Concert_Avenues23 Reposted

Meaning a cancellation for a covered reason results in the business eating the cancellation fee/any charged cancellation fee getting reversed?

Concert_Avenues23 Reposted

Yep, that's right! I work for a credit card company with a travel insurance embedded on some of their cards and that's how the claim process works when the cancellation is due to a covered reason.

The insurance company would go after them if the policy had any extenuating circumstances clauses on your behalf. You had the extenuating circumstances and they had no right to charge it in the first place and they have a department that deals with this stuff.
