You guys. Some MPs wrote to the US Congress, asking them to deny the Kenyan Gov't Sh50 billion PEPFAR funding towards the fight against HIV/AIDS in Kenya. Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma, whose constituency leads in HIV/AIDS indicators, is among them. You can't make this stuff up.
