Smeargle usage vgc16 vs vgc15. Dark Void had 64% to hit both targets (Moody also being a thing) resulting in a high variance metagame with RNG being relevant in some games. What's stopping you to adapt to Sneasler and its RNG factor now that is a top tier threat?
