Every iteration of myself I get a little clearer that I'm not any version I create. I like version 50 but when version 51 comes along I will like that as well. Exciting to see what emerges.

When I lose the context of a project, it becomes an overwhelming mess. My brain excels at identifying options but often gets stuck trying to explore every possibility. Creating artificial boundaries and constraints helps me focus on what's essential. Set limits for yourself.

Shame is a weight, not a weapon. As kids, we experienced shame as a form of punishment. We learned to use shame as a tool, a weapon to punish. But shame burdens everything we do. Acknowledge it, make space for it, and let it go.
