The mornings are always the hardest for me when it comes to grief. I wake up after an exhausted deep sleep, and then suddenly get hit with the realization that he's gone.
I'll never understand how someone can be so intentionally cruel to someone they claim to care about. Especially when they know that person is already in so much pain.
I hate how social media has normalized people actively posting, but not checking DM's on the exact same platform they're posting from.
I was supposed to see Mobb Deep and Warren G this week and both shows got cancelled. 😭 At least Mobb Deep was rescheduled, that's something to look forward to I guess.
Now I need to hear more Super Mario collabs though
My upstairs neighbour always yells at me to stop smoking out my window (I have a smoking suite so he can fuck right off) but tonight he saw me sobbing and said "nevermind, carry on" and I'm so thankful for the laugh that I might start switching windows just to accommodate him.
So for Thanksgiving dinner my dad decided to hold a pumpkin carving contest between my two brothers' families, then had me judge them. 🔪🎃
At my parents for Thanksgiving, and for the first time I'm really analyzing my dad's choice of decor for his office/the guest room... pretty sure he has never surfed a day in his life. 🌊🏄♂️
