What about BlueSky? It is highly similar to X/Twitter, except less obnoxious (ATM): there are no ads, not owned by EM. And growing.

The product of a fantastic collaboration with @10xGenomics, we used antigen barcoding to isolate thousands of SARS-CoV-2 mAbs, including two ultra-broad neutralizing mAbs. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Dear ChatGPT Mar 14, I so want to believe, but ...

Cool, and thank you very much @10xGenomics for generating these data!

Tobias (@HegelundOlsen) has just pushed the 10X-sequenced antibody data from Jaffe et al., 2022 (10.1038/s41586-022-05371-z) to our Paired OAS database. This has increased our coverage from around 88,000 to 1.47 million paired human antibody sequences: opig.stats.ox.ac.uk/webapps/oas/oa…

Authored by Andrew G. Soerens et al, we show that #Tcells are capable of proliferating in response to iterative stimulation for over 10yrs! And produce enough progeny to occupy a volume 30,000x the Earth's volume! @Nature nature.com/articles/s4158…

Relaxing today and trying to learn a little mathematics.

Hi! We are hiring to create a platform to make and characterize antibodies, and develop them into drug candidates: linkedin.com/jobs/view/3399…. Imagine brainstorming in a small room with the entire company, building whatever it takes, and having too much fun!

I joined post.news, on the theory that it might grow into a viable alternative to twitter, and we need that. Please join too!

Happy to share my major PhD work just published @CellCellPress! We find a unique role for IgM antibodies in protection against #Zika & isolate an ultrapotent IgM as a potential therapeutic. 🧵1/n Big thanks to mentors @SalliePermar & Bonsignori @NIH! authors.elsevier.com/c/1g6JWL7PXiqZx

Excited to share our work, highlighting the importance of reviewing protein/antibody structure models for biophysical property predictions. Our tool "TopModel" can detect occurring inaccuracies such as D-amino acids, cis-amid bonds and steric clashes. doi.org/10.1101/2022.1…
