🏳️🌈 Exciting announcement thread! 🏳️🌈 For the upcoming @ESRC Festival of Social Science (19 October to 9 November 2024), @ruthndwrites and @Pn_loneliness will be creating a digital zine for LGBTQ+ parents and carers, to share their stories of adversity, hope, love and joy. 1/🧵
The team will curate a zine from submissions, which reflect on experiences of being an LGBTQ+ parent or carer in the UK. This project will conclude in November 2024 and the zine will be available online. Submissions are welcomed throughout the festival until the 9 November. 2/🧵
