UNISON Health branches are fighting for safe hospital staffing levels In Year 1 they found: - 63% of shifts were unsafely staffed - This had a severe impact on patient care - On 75% of the shifts when staff raised concerns, they didn't get help #OnlyEnoughisEnough 👇
