Can we organize an anonymous police/ems/Fire/dispatch meet? We can rent out a hotel banquet hall. Name tags only have twitter handles (no real names). We can just drink, reminisce on funny tweets and take bets on who ends up in a fist fight?
Additionally, we wish to take the opportunity to remind the various officers and former officers of the United Kingdom, that the general public really do appreciate the efforts that you put in / have put in, with your duty, and that you are amazing people. Thank You very much! :)

I'd like to take this opportunity to remind the various Police Forces across the country that you're great, mentally strong, and honest, decent folk all over are thankful that you tank the s**t you get put through in your jobs. So many of us couldn't honestly handle it ourselves.

The UKPoliceBase Team would like to reassure followers and those who use our 'following' to find other officers, that we are still active. Our second shoe, @MevaTheMadOne lost his girlfriend of 2.5 years on Christmas Eve and has been recovering, but is now back to full capacity.
Despite follows from companies trying solely to promote products and their business, UKPoliceBase would like to take this opportunity to thank those who support us, and the many Police Officers out there who do their bit in keeping us all safe, day in and day out.
PSA for companies following @UkPolicebase to promote your brand and product(s), if you're not Police connected, don't follow, i'm getting sick of blocking the lot of you. People that are Supporters of the 999 Family are, of course, very much welcomed, as are Officers & Stations.

People often ask why we do speed enforcement - this is why, to try & prevent this! Driver well in excess of limit, lost control as too fast.
