This is sad. A veteran too. In all my years of buying new & used cars fm dealers only ONCE I had a pleasant experience where nothing went wrong. It was always something w/these sales peeps! Go to the AG tell your state consumer bureau write to Jaguar in Coventry UK! Good luck!
Folks this is what I'm taking about with these car dealers: not all of them are bad but there needs to be change and auto makers should have more say in how to sell their brand, including SELLING DIRECT!
