📷📷 Discover a serene natural landscape! A vast, deep blue lake mirrors the surrounding trees and sky. Green grass and towering trees in varying shades of green hint at spring or autumn. Distant, taller trees add depth. Clear skies with scattered clouds offer tranquility.

We don't get wealthier by making money. We get wealthier by creating wealth that backs money. That's what people don't get. 90%+ of our jobs waste our wealth to obtain numbers we don't lack. "If you do a job with the sole purpose of making money, you are absurd." -- Alan Watts
The haka, with its deep Māori roots, is often used as a form of expression and unity. Watching the room erupt with that energy is both symbolic and impactful, especially when tied to something as significant as protecting the rights and history of the Māori people. It’s no…
Every time a progressive comes out and does a haka, they are outright admitting that they are supremacist and that their ideology is their weapon these are the words they are saying ka ora, ka ora," which translates to "I die, I die, I live, I live". The haka Translates to…
Someone doesn't know what haka is. Haka - means "Fire Breath" and can be intimidating. It's not affiliated with any political wing. It's traditional action and is the strongest form of protest we have short of coming in and bashing people over. If that's what you're asking for...
The haka always brings me to tears as an experience of emotional & cultural power that flies in the face of western colonialism. The expressions, the volume, the voice, the power performs humanity counter to white civility and politesse.
Haka is a Māori word that means "breath of fire". It's a traditional Māori performance that conveys a tribe's strength, unity, and pride. Haka is typically performed in a group and involves chanting, hand movements, facial expressions, and foot-stamping.
I’m just now realizing that some people don’t feel the spirit of the Haka. It’s the most beautiful, tear jerking experience every time I see it. Something is deeply wrong with these people that don’t feel it.
If you think US politics is crazy take a look at New Zealand.
I had to take a deeper look into the Haka traditions I posted this for those that really want to know more about this spiritual War Chant and defiance and Unity hit this link below and get educated 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽 youtu.be/aKTbgeox-ds?si…
There is a feeling I get whenever I watch someone perform Haka. It just makes my brain pulse and fill with this unnamed energy. It’s very powerful. I am blessed to be in a time where I can see culture and goodness shared because of social media.
Trivia: 🇳🇿 The Haka is not just a war dance—it’s a powerful Māori tradition symbolizing respect, unity, and strength. Seeing it performed for leadership honors like this is pure mana in action! 📷
Finally, representing my culture The Haka is a powerful chant that can shake rooms to their cores. The chant and the choreography that goes with it is supposed to be booming loud to bring fear to enemies!
The New Zealand government is pulling back on protecting Māori rights, sparking protests from indigenous lawmakers who oppose the decision with their traditional “haka” chant. This is powerful.
This give me goosebumps !! I learned the Haka this exact one, in 2013 and performed it with my team in leadership camps several times. Its truly powerful And my teams won. It gave the males & females confidence. It has something I must say

The Haka always makes me emotional. I can feel the spirit every single time I see it
I'm African. I had a visceral reaction to the Haka. It's an ancient call, a ritual that I recognised thousands of miles away . It made me stand in solidarity against our common oppressor. It's important in that it raises the vibration, the frequency- like a war cry.
I'm really interested in what brown and black African people think of it. I think there's a really good chance it mostly impresses white people
Optometrists provide primary vision care, including eye exams, and can prescribe corrective lenses and diagnose some eye conditions, but they do not perform surgeries.
Thanks to everyone who joined us online and in-person for the 2024 Showcase. It was great to have so many people joining us to hear our Master of Clinical Education and Surgical Education students present their work. Keep an eye out for the 2025 event! #MedEd @UniMelbMDHS
It’s okay if you don’t have 20/20 vision. Corrective surgical procedures of the eye (PRK and LASIK), are now allowed. @atChelsiCassi
