Secondary school curriculum does not allow enough creative , visual way to teach students with SEN needs.

Curriculum is far too narrow. Primary feels like a maths and English factory at times, with little time for other subjects. There's often not enough time to fully embed skills because there is so much to pack in.

7yo - review: “I love how Bea is brave even when she is scared, and Cad is super friendly and funny. The world they explore is really magical, with weird creatures and glowing forests. It feels like you’re right there with them!”@tim_probert

This is too kind - thank you! Especially with all you’re doing for the TA profession, too! We’re all fighting the good fight together and hopefully starting to turn a corner 🤞🏻

Wonderful people. The Hub has my support and all are welcome at the #teacher5oclockclub! (we're not exclusive, honest! There's all sorts of education bodies come through the door; not just teachers!!) 😀

You do the most amazing work. Our hats off to you all.

Number of TAs in England similar to that of the population of Iceland. 2,715 surveyed is a drop in the ocean. However, the report is a positive contribution showcasing the work of Teaching Assistants and their valuable contribution to education. @bphillipsonMP * p2 👇 not p1

An interesting read today, ‘Use of teaching assistants in schools. Research Report.’ Number of TAs surveyed 2,715. Workforce estimated at 281,100 (FTE TA numbers) page 10. However @MITAproject suggest 382,886 (TAs working in nursery, primary, secondary, special schools) p1 (2021)
