Under Delaware's 911/Good Samaritan Law, you can't get arrested for calling for help. If someone overdoses, neither the person calling 911 nor the person in medical distress can be arrested, charged or prosecuted for possession. The law also applies to underage drinking.

Everyone can play a role in #SuicidePrevention. When you start a conversation with a loved one who may be struggling with thoughts of suicide, & when you offer support & model self-care, you are providing hope to those who may need it most. #SPM24 #SuicidePreventionMonth
