Doc suggested I try a low fodmap diet again with these meds, so it's back to all that. Just made low-fodmap bone broth out of a chicken carcass to use for other dishes. My whole apartment smells like stewed bones and herbs lol.

Dietary necessity for me (fodmap). And gf alternatives are often more calorie dense and full of strange ingredients and generally a bit disappointing compared to the real deal. I'm thankful I have found slow prove sourdough in modest portions to be tolerable. Fodmap not coeliac.

In case it's not obvious from my last retweets, I hate beets. They taste like dirt. No matter how you prepare them, they still taste like dirt. They're also high in FODMAP sugars which are an IBS trigger, so that's 2 strikes against them.
