In my morning scroll I’ve seen three ads for a stretching app and two ads for workout apps. Apparently I feel stiff and sluggish. I think I’ll take a walk and stare at cows instead of using the apps.
Adding to misspelling my own name this morning, I just received a meeting reminder and panicked because I haven’t prepared. It was a test meeting I scheduled through my new client intake form. I’m calling do over on today. 😜
I’ve always been a huge fan of @semrush but this is so disappointing to me. semrush.com/marketplace/of… Content mills are exploitation even when they are ran by “reputable” companies. Writers deserve a fair wage and those prices don’t pay bills. Invest in your content. Don’t do this.

Just saw a listing for a “Content VA.” Job description includes all content management, all social creation and management, and all the duties of a PR department. 3 to 5 hours a week and $20 an hour. Three full time jobs in 3-5 hrs. Good content takes skill & time folks! 🤦🏻♀️
The other day a wrote about a spider running down my leg at 4 am and waking me up. That led to a productive early morning. The @&))&@‘s cousin just dropped off the ceiling onto my arm. In other news, tomorrow is spider eradication day at my house. 😖😳🫣
It’s 9 am and I’ve been awake for 5 hours. It’s all because of a spider🕷 . The creepy, crawly, and larger than it needed to be @%$&* ran down my leg at 4. The shot of adrenaline that came from frantically squishing it woke me up better than a double shot of espresso.
