Winter weather 101. Lake-effect cloud streamers on low level easterly flow of cold air across the relatively warm waters of Lake Ontario. Kind of looks like "Ole Man Winter" blowing that cold air toward the westward :)

Loving this early season lake-effect weather with shallow easterly flow over Lake Ontario. Clouds are WAY too shallow for any precipitation, due to very strong low level subsidence inversion. @weatherchannel
