Is it time to remove the White House Press Corps? I really don't see what they add and I really don't care what they think. What I do care about is unfiltered information from the White House (and every other agency/dept./ etc.) to America. And then we decide what to think.

Until the lobbyists believe that it is easier and more effective to beard congressmen to get their way, instead of merely pressuring the Speaker and then calling it a day, we will continue to face emasculated Speakers and Congressional abrogation of it's Constitutional duties.

The CEO of Harley is astronomically stupid in a way only an efficient urban German could manage with an otherwise honorable cultural heritage. I'm not gonna deface my Harley, I like my Harley. But I'm not buying so much as a spark plug from them until that knucklehead is gone.

Do you all read Jack Fowler's 'Civil Thought' newsletter? You should, his last mentions among many other things that the last precrucifixion miracle by Jesus was to heal the ear of Malchus severed by Peter. I wouldn't extend that as an analogy but still, remarkable!

Since a couple people asked- has anyone ever raised money for you to get a job? Then why do we accept that from people who get the job of spending our money and clearly profit from that? Just sayin'...

Here's another one. Anyone who thinks sucking the public tit for their very existence is 'service' should just be ashamed for the loser they are. Public Servants are warriors in the name of us all. When they are not they are merely bureaucrats.

Let's introduce a universal concept. Voters need not contribute to campaigns for politicians to get a job. This is not often mentioned. Anybody who takes degree or decides to make ' public service' their lifes work should be very humble as they are not contributors to society.
