While we feel blessed to be back in our building together, TIPS respects the decisions of families to partake in classes online in the pandemic. This hybrid system at TIPS allows families to limit public transportation use while learning continues. #tokyoips #hybridlearning

Our elementary and middle school students had a fine time on the overnight trip to Nikko, experiencing old Japan at Edo Wonderland. The one-night trip was just long enough for a refreshing break from class and a change of scenery with friends and teachers. #tokyoips #nikko

Friendship is... shared vision. The See Japan Break in October provided lots of Japan's best scenery to all grades. Here, students look out over green mountains of Nikko. #tokyoips #friendship #smallschool

Thanks for grilling! Our first barbecue was a success, with a record number of parents in attendance! Eight families joined us through the sporadic sprinkling. Thank you to ACE, our entrepreneurship class, for hosting the BBQ. #tokyoips #ACE #smallschool

Entire staff and student body of TIPS journeyed over time to the nearby gym for our first Sports Day of the new school year! instagram.com/p/CFGzwtQBJts/…

One of TIPS' greatest strengths is its size, especially small class size that allows teachers to provide the attention students need. Mr. Jessen-Petersen does that here, in a science class in the great outdoors, right across the street in Rin Shin No Mori Park.
