Two weeks ago at Sunderland Dan was suffering through adaptation, not this week! 35sec PB for him (17:44). But Jai, oh Jai 17:32 puts him in the running for British in the summer. He definitely got his hand on the wall first this time - 1st and 2nd in their heat #FastTynes 🥇🥈
