As a Korean, I believe the fertility rate will rebound once the real estate market crashes. Koreans are resilient in times of crisis—they just don’t realize it until it hits hard in daily life.

When I was 19-20 I was making crazy money trading. I stopped because the money only accelerated drugs, partying, & laziness. The money was ruining my life cuz I had infinite access to every sin and temptation. This is why you must self development before coming into $$$

To people driving, your gentle reminder to be kind to pedestrians in this weather. Given the govt decided that foot paths and drainage are not things we deserve, it won't hurt to drive a little bit slower so that you don't splash water on people.

Anyway something that I practised this year to gain more knowledge on any subject is to read journals by Kenyan authors. They're often well researched since they're for uni assignments, theses and such. UON has a digital repository with endless pdfs on any subject you'd like.

Many Africans demonstrate accountability on a personal level, so why shouldn’t nations do the same? It’s achievable governments must take responsibility and commit to the work ahead.

Mali 🇲🇱 is now free from every foreign and domestic debt. Général d'Armée Assimi Goïta has proven to every other African country and puppets, that we can be self reliant in our own resources rather than borrowing.

We need to reimagine our futures as African countries because hinging our hopes on people who’ve harmed us for decades is the definition of insanity

Kama uko na podcast buana you have the power to change minds. Ongelea hata innovations, highlight that carpenter, that businessman, juakali guy doing things differently. Any Ke conference trying to push for change. Si kila siku ODM na UDA. Stop zombifying your watchers

Open one media station and talk about science and innovation. Does not matter the low viewership at first. But drive this conversation. Educate the masses on the brilliant Kenyan minds and what they are up to in different sectors. Hatutashinda tukiongelea politicians

The North Americans are right to look at me as an African, not as a Tanzanian, because Tanzania is a creation of colonialism, which is causing us a lot of trouble on the continent. -Julius Nyerere

5/5 Alternate the pen with good leadership which Kenya desperately needs. Kenya Kwanza should moderate taxation and ensure good + affordable education and healthcare. Not the opposite. Gatekeeping university education and healthcare only worsens our quagmire.

4/5 I like to think of it as: Kenya is one of those bright kids in school, but on the exam day, she doesn’t have a pen. Since she can’t write, she fails the exam. The worst part is she paid for a pen but the head teacher squandered the money.

3/5 While HCI looks at human capital potential, HDI incorporates Gross National Income per capita. Kenya ranks 16th in Africa. Why? Our relatively developed human capital doesn’t translate to commas in the bank. Many Kenyans are well educated but unemployed or underemployed.

2/5 Kenya has one of the highest HCIs in Africa. See the gap from number 1-3? Then look at number 4. Kenya is killing it! Why the high HCI? Low child mortality coupled with higher education levels. FPE played a big role in raising literacy levels. Now let’s talk about HDI…

There are two niche measures of national growth: Human Capital Index (HCI) & Human Development Index (HDI). HCI measures human productivity potential while HDI optimizes for economic well-being. Kenya’s HCI is 3rd in Africa but our HDI is 16th. Why? The economy Let me explain:

The PM of Singapore travels on official duty aboard a low-cost airline—on a normal scheduled flight, no frills, no national or private jet, and without a large entourage at the taxpayers’ expense. This is how respect is earned. 🫡
