It's funny how fitness can take up 1-2 hours of our time, but I actually find that I get more done when I prioritize fitness compared to when I don't. Nothing beats a fresh mind. 🧠
One of the biggest learnings for me over the past 2-3 years was: Just take advice from people who have done it before. So many people flood you with useless advice while having no idea what they are talking about. Filter as much as you can. 🙌
