When you get enlightenment, you tend to say less rather than more. Because you understand the place the counter arguer is and know the long journey they must take to truly understand. And you know that your words will not really have any impact.
It's easy to believe you have convinced everyone of your ideology, if you deplatform everyone that disagrees with you, and then redefine "everyone" to mean those that are still around.
Realism and self-honesty are the antidote to ego, hubris, and delusion.
Success and failure are on the same road. Failure is just an earlier exit.
Better to have friends who force you to grow than ones who accept you as you are.
Stop waiting for miracles or benevolent saviors. Assume that you are alone, that no one cares. Take responsibility for where you are in life. Become the investor, the mentor, the friend you wish you had. You’ll start attracting the people and the opportunities you always wanted.
Never sell what you do. Sell the outcome of what you do. Don’t sell/sell: • video production → audience reach • presentation design → funding • logo design → desirable merch • head shots → more attractive to clients • web design → conversions
