Seeing #COVID19 cases stemming from #ONA23 breaks my heart. Because I'm a #spoonie, I took precautions: 😷 Ate the majority of my meals in my hotel room or lobby bar 😷 Vaccinated 😷 Stayed out of crowded sessions 😷 Wore a mask @The_Chronicon knows how to conference.

Always, always having to manage your spoons 🥄
One of the biggest challenges of being chronically ill: the constant prioritizing, having to be realistic about your limits and thinking about which things to say yes to and which things to cancel. It is EXHAUSTING!
