We need to talk about your Womenomics @Clicks_SA

The biggest problem, if we are truly being honest, is that there aren’t enough women in leadership positions. Many of these tone deaf campaigns would not “slip through the cracks” if women were central to and in the decision making processes.

We need more women of colour in decision-making roles. The world is a diverse place and our representation matters.

Consumers need to use their buying power to drive change in corporates’ attitude towards inclusivity of women, especially Black, in their ownership and management. We urge South Africans to ask companies whose products & service they consume 1 thing: #WhatDoYourWomenicsLookLike?

If the gender pay gap can be closed in sport, it can also be done by corporates

Brazil announce that they are now paying the women’s team the same as the men. “There is no more gender difference.” 🙏

August 13, 2020 marks the end of the 2019 work year for Black women. If a White male and a Black woman both started work on January 1 2019, it would take a Black woman until today, August 13 2020, to earn what a White male had earned by December 31, 2019. #InEqualityInFocus
