Perks of being fit and healthy: You know you're in better shape that 99% of people. You're in a good mood all the time. You feel clean and brand new. You feel energetic and optimistic. You feel strong and courageous.


You understand the power of resilience when you realise successful people have failed more than anyone. Yet, they continue to push through. So why aren't you doing the same?


Be proud of your achievements. Be ambitious in your goals. Be focused on your development. Be courageous in your decisions. Be grateful for your lessons.


Too many people are afraid to embrace their weaknesses and make a focused effort to improve on them. You don't only have strengths, you have weaknesses. Identify them. Build on them. Turn them into a strength.

One of the best tips I can give you is to be a social butterfly. Talk to people. Doesn't need to be for long. A quick ‘How you doing?’ goes a long way. Do this with everyone and you'll build confidence and social skills. Forget the digital world and live in reality.


True happiness is self-reliance, self respect, and a meaning of self-worth. When you have these, you're wealthy. How do you get them? • Need to take risk. • Need to be disciplined. • Need to have an achievement few people have.
