I really wonder how much faster I could render these scenes with a newer GPU, I mean it’s not terrible but ~30 seconds a frame adds up fast.
It’s a sad day, I hardly use PLA anymore so I finally had to pull the plug on my @PrintedSolid #JessiePLA subscription, I’ve been in since day one and love their filament but I’m just going to buy what I need when/if I need it.
The best time to realize you haven’t saved in a few hours is when the program crashes and you reopen a vastly different point in time. I guess it’s time to quit for the night. 😂

Wishing I had a physical assembly manual for a @Voron_Design trident, I could use my phone but that would get tiring real fast and with no power I can’t pull it up on a big screen.
I really hope @Diablo gets fixed it’s really annoying having to stop and log out and back in every 5-10 minutes because the game forgets I own the expansion… as I kill things on my spiritborn with ultimate edition wings equipped 😂
Slowly figuring out sculpting in blender and let me just say retopology is a miserable process.
I really love when model pages are taken down for parts that are actually helpful. So I spent some time measuring the stock parts and rebuilding in solidworks with the mods included and a few changes I wanted to make along the way.
It’s Sunday and everywhere local is closed and I need a relatively small slab of granite lol. Why do I do this to myself 😂
Went to run some PLA prints through the typically ABS/ASA printer and got the wildest clog I’ve had in a very very very long time, I forgot that the hotend fan had been dying for the last few months but hasn’t been an issue with higher temp filaments… keep spares handy folks.
If a government office is housed in a building that only has pay parking options anywhere near it / on property they should totally give you a waiver, 20 bucks to park for a 30 minute meeting is absurd.
Can I please just have a parts diagram and not have to explain to someone behind a counter with no experience with these vehicles what part I need… k thanks.
I need to get another enclosed printer for doing mainly all ASA production work ugh I’m not even sure where I can fit it in. Might have to take the @repkord approach and mount on the ceiling at this rate.
When it comes to jobs being “competed” in a terrible manner and having to get them to come back to “fix” it, how many times is too many? I’m sick and tired of being nice about this and am about to rip these people a new one.
Any recommendations for 3d scanning apps on iOS I got a new phone and kinda want to mess around with it to see how it performs.
I got so spoiled being able to walk into the DMV for most of my life and go right up to the counter and get whatever I needed taken care of. Since moving here it’s been a nightmare every single time, now we wait and wait and wait and wait, why did I make an appointment????
