YouTube has previously disabled comments on this, though for reasons unknown, they suddenly seem to be allowed. In any case, if you saw it and had a perspective to share, you can now (unless they disable them again).

One of the easiest ways to manipulate people is to tell them they have an enemy, and that the enemy thinks they're stupid. FYI, russia has been involved in mass disinformation campaigns aiming to destabilise the UK for years. "Concerned Citizen" is a known asset.
