I'm absolutely clear. This Gov't is just about big business, corporations and the fat cats. They have just sent a strong message to the Hospitality industry: They don't care. They have just thrown small family run businesses to the wolves.

Tomorrow, operators need to order stock and create staff rotas for Xmas. Many are sat in limbo, not knowing what to do. They are fearful for their future, staff don't know if they will still have jobs. This is no way to run a country.
Here we are… This is the list of cancellations taken in one of our restaurants in the past six days… 654 guests I understand why. Public health is THE most important thing. But what will the government do to support the industry? Many places will crumble without help…
