Had a great long weekend to sort my head out a bit, feeling much better about things. Not sure what the mental blip was about but no use overthinking it. Let's all have a good week this week!
So i'm not gonna say its Seasonal Depresso but ever since the nights have got darker I've not been feeling my usual chirpy self. Maybe its just because work has been getting busy recently but my menty-H has been a bit all over the place. Pretty sure i'll be fine soon๐
