Not only did my boyfriend buy me a frog and the set up, but he just told me when we get our house we can move the frog into a bigger terrarium and put something else in the current one. This might not sound like much to you, but this was on the same level as him proposing for me.

For my "official diagnosis" I had to see a therapist (thankfully, insurance covered that) and then go do a psychological evaluation, which cost $400 after insurance. And that was just a very basic eval. They want me to go back for more. Not every can afford an official diagnosis.
PSA An autistic person who doesn't have an official diagnosis is still autistic. Not having a diagnosis doesn't change a person's needs nor their worthiness of support/accomodations.
