I’ll answer this one of two ways: 1. If my play put myself in the position to where I could transfer, get paid more $$, advance my playing career to the next level, the fit was right and it was propel my stock as a player. Who wouldn’t have that come across their mind.
Hunter since you are not playing anymore. Would you have taken a smaller NIL deal to stay at Wyoming? Or it given *hypothetical* $500k would you have left to play at a bigger school? It may help fans to understand big money may not be needed but some money is needed.
Not only is NIL critical for Wyo but it needs to be our life line. More than ever fans have an opportunity to directly impact winning via NIL. This is one formula of the equation of getting players like the Dembo’s, Nance’s, and Maldo’s along with keeping them at Wyoming. 🤠
