研究に熱狂してる時にティーチングとかいろんな事務作業が入ってくるとその熱が沸騰しちゃうのよ。つまりキレちゃう。 研究と教育が一体化してないんだよね。これに耐えられない人絶対いるから。
好きなことで生きようコーチングの面談をYouTubeで最近見てるんだけど相談者さんが涙するところって、ほんとにやりたくないことを仕事でやってきて自分を見失った状況を言語化されてそれが浄化されていく治癒的な作用が発動したところにあるなと思った。
自分のこだわりが得意なこととか好きなことで生かされてる時は幸せなんだけど、苦手だったりやりたくないこととバッティングするとそのこだわりが呪いとなって自分に降りかかってくる。つらい😞
年齢が悪いんじゃなくてその年齢が示す数字をどう解釈していくかとどんな社会的意味が構築されてきたかが問題。若いから柔軟とかそうでもないから
