Just had one of the most heartfelt conversations with someone I interviewed with. It means so much when interviewers genuinely read our CV/PS/LORs then take the time to praise us on our experiences & accomplishments. We applicants really value that kind of thoughtful engagement!

Wrapping up an unforgettable time at #ACG2024 ✨ Grateful for the chance to present our research, learn from leading experts and connect with amazing colleagues and mentors! This experience has been incredibly rewarding 💕

When feeling anxious about #Match2025 I’ve found that staying busy—especially with things that are productive and fun—helps a lot. How am I spending my time? ✅Preparing for Step 3 ✅Working on my research ✅Learning Spanish again on Duolingo ✅Hobbies!! 🎶🏸🍰 We got this💪

On #WorldMentalHealthDay my 3 top reframing devices: 1) disconnect outcome from self-worth (don’t punish yourself for what you can’t foresee) 2) yes, do your best (but that varies by the day) 3) be your own yardstick (don’t compare yourself to the edited version of other people!)

Grateful and honored to be among the recipients of the APA 2024 Young Investigator Travel Grant! 🥳 A heartfelt thank you to my team and my mentor, Dr. Dhiraj Yadav whose guidance has been invaluable. 🙏 Looking forward to presenting my work and connecting with my peers 🤩

My Girl to girl? I think every woman should experience a phase of living alone as an adult. Sitting with yourself and unraveling the layers of your being independent of a partner - it’s like an intimate journey of self discovery that will likely shape the rest of your life.

May he rest in peace, he was a great doctor and even better role model. Grateful to have had the chance to learn from him during my outpatient clinics rotation🙏❤️

As we honor #OrganDonationWeek. let's not forget the harsh reality of human trafficking. 51% of victims are women, with men, girls, and boys also affected. Every life deserves protection. #StopTrafficking #SaveLives
