Jagger!rp does want them to move on from the clowncil though. He doesn’t want the cycle of depending on Chatterbox for everything to continue. He wants there to be consequences for Chatterbox’s actions.
Theory time: Why was Jagger!RP telling the clowns and Sooty to “move on”? Because Ratchet and others told Chatterbox to move on from Cups/Ray. Instead of caring for Chatty, they made fun of him and just wanted him to do yuck stuff. They even told him to get a new girlfriend.
I'll never understand why the clowns constantly want to kick out pockets. They can't even define what a clown is, they're not a gang or a family, separate gimmicks but the same gimmick?
