I can’t think of anything better to do on a Friday night than playing some football in the backyard with my son. Man, takes me back to my own childhood. Cherish every moment I get to spend with Jude and I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else. Love that little guy! 🏈💙

Couldn’t agree more. My favorite part is now that I’ve started coaching my son in baseball, all of his teammates from his school will yell out, “Hey Coach Tommy!!!” when they see me. Warms my heart and makes me love coaching even more!
There’s some magic brewing in Detroit @tigers What an unbelievable story of a group of men who came together to be a team. Day in and day out, these guys are competing their asses off for the guy next to them. Unselfish/team baseball right here. I LOVE IT!

Stumbled across “Mr. Rager” by Kid Cudi. Got some unexpected goosebumps and the shivers. Was my walkout song my senior year in college whenever I pitched. Man what I would give to toe the rubber one more time and compete my ass off with my brothers! Miss those days.

Had a fantastic father-son weekend for Jude’s first ⚽️ tournament of the year. Boys walked away tournament champions. I treasure these moments with my son. So fun to see him have a blast with his teammates! Love it.
Can’t help but sit here and wonder why. There are of course a few reasons why (mainly Fall camps). But why in the world are we having athletes PR in September? More high intent pens after a 6 month off season and a 4 month spring/summer season. I just don’t get it 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
A lot of players (and adults) think they can work hard Monday-Friday and slack on the weekends. Diet, workouts, and sleep take a back seat on those days…by why? Instead, use each weekend to catapult your progress and growth into the next week! Let’s grow!!!
I didn't need a reason to love my youngest offspring more, but she proved last night she truly is her father's daughter. She asked, "dad, can we get the matching shorts for our soccer team's jerseys?" She is 4 and a half and already making sure her drip is on point. LOVE IT.

Throwers, as you research the throwing programs out there, I have a piece of advice: If the program includes throwing/strength training but doesn’t touch on proper diet/how to healthily gain weight, that’s a glaring 🚩. Without proper fuel, you won’t reach your true potential!
