This just in from DfE: Autism is no longer a condition that can be confirmed by diagnosis. This is “everyone is a little bit autistic” as a way to imply that we are providing too much support. And it’s not even close to the most ridiculous things said to this committee.
So, so, SO many Assistant Head/Principal jobs for behaviour and attitudes on at the moment. What does this say about leading behaviour and attitudes? More support for schools needed in this area 100% #edutwitter
In my experience as an educator and school leader for 25 years, I've had more issues in dealing with adult behaviour than children's behaviour in schools.
Local authority or multi-academy trust control? What schools need is the resources to make day-to-day teaching successful; structure is merely tinkering at the sides...

We have Long Distance Running on our curriculum and we look at a plethora of methods to teach different styles of techniques and find a balance between Healthy active Lifestyle & competition
Having read this twice, to rectify my recurring issues, it's got me thinking.. Are there any school PE curriculums that teach their pupils running movement? Not performance or times, but actual efficiency & correct movement? Looking back, as a pupil & PE teacher, I just 'ran'
