They didn’t pack my baggage with bubble wrap and not even entered my availed insurance in their system . I called customer care DTDC, they informed me that I didn’t avail insurance which was wrong .
I tried calling the Head Member and other employees of DTDC about raising claim and getting a reimbursement-amount , I experienced very bad service.I haven’t received my reimbursement yet as it’s been more than 2 months now.When I used to call them , they didn’t pick up my call.
I tried sending emails several times to them , they didn’t reply quickly on that email . Is it the way to handle customer’s case ?? I am still hoping that I will get my reimbursement amount soon . 🤞🏻😡
I have talked to your representatives couple of times, only thing I got to listen was to wait for 48 hours. I would like to cancel this order now.
