When it's covered with solar panels, there'll be no hedge layering or any other nature friendly projects. Instead there'll be tracts of land that will be barren producing little solar energy since the sun in Britain unreliable - I know as I have solar energy, though not in winter

It took us around a fortnight to lay 850m of hedge on @Jes_Squirrell's farm. We did the same amount last season. Jeremy isn't a land-banker, he is a farmer, just like many thousands of other farmers who grow our food and pay people like me to manage the margins for wildlife.

It is a means to acquire land for solar panels at a rock bottom price Nothing more nothing less RESIST BY ALL MEANS POSSIBLE!

How do we look at avocados? How about Why do we look at avocados?

Hey carnivore friends, how do we look at avocado around here?

Let's negotiate! Simple

"We are not leaving America. My son and I are not leaving New York. My son was born here in the USA, and he's American. I sent a previous video telling you that if you pay us $20K, we might leave. I'm waiting for your answer, Donald Trump."

One of the reasons that USA is regarded as a laughing stock in many countries 11 days after the election and they still haven't counted all the votes?

Shouldn't the fact that they are still counting votes prove that the machines don't work? @elonmusk would have finished the count in half an hour after firing 80% of the staff.

I have woken up multiple times during the night thinking “Why is the government doing this to farmers who are ready to restore nature?” I honestly have no idea. My own application for a new scheme has sat there ‘checking application’ since Aug 4th. Thanks for explaining…

I wrote a thing. (And, for clarity, I don’t want any kind of revolt, I want to stay home and do my job) unherd.com/2024/11/a-farm…

Eat red meat and animal fat. Buy the best you can. Beef like this certainly isn’t harming you or the planet. We’re going through another phase of ‘meat bad!’. Share with your friends.

Brilliant logic - as ever! The assumption is that because it 'runs in the family' it is genetic and we can do nothing about it! Nobody died from statin deficiency!

Many people are told they have a family history of heart disease and that a statin will fix it. I have family history of statin harm. How are they going to fix that ?

Another scandal emerging on the impact of uncontrolled mass immigration on our way of life... From my questioning of the Ministry of Justice - slowly, we are getting real answers. Between April 2018 and March 2022, there were 38,868 reoffences from adult foreign nationals.…
