I am so happy that my anxiety prompted me to schedule 3 dance classes for this week. Doing my 3rd class tonight and I can honestly say my anxiety set me up for success in handling election week turmoil. Anxiety doesn't always work in my favor but this time it did.
Anger is often what pushes you to get things done. So be careful listening to people who tell you, "Comparison is the thief of joy." Dissuading you from comparison is how some of them keep you struggling and oppressed yet blissfully unaware.
