Time to start listening to @CriticalRole! It’s only 8 years worth of 3-4 hour episodes, couldn’t possibly take long. Would y’all CR fans recommend I watch the video versions or am I okay just listening to audio-only?
Spent six hours in the ER yesterday. Originally tried Urgent Care but they said they couldn’t do anything because my temperature was 102, my heart rate was 110, and my blood pressure was 90/52. Two IV bags, one IV antibiotic, two blood draws, and a lot of napping…
“Active Shooter” was not even a term when I was in school. We called it a “lockdown drill” and it was just for “suspicious persons”. I remember one time we had an actual scare in 2003 and it was because of someone just walking past the school with a hunting rifle.
The younger folks may not know this, but: before Columbine in 1999, school shootings were not a thing anyone worried about.
When did politics become an elementary school playground? When did it stop being about what policies they’re backing or plans for the future and start becoming attacks on how a candidate looks or how their kid cried in public that one time? Can we at least try to be adults?
