When a founder creates a product heavily reliant on big tech, are they truly building a new vertical, or is it more about positioning for an acqui-hire?


Facebook circa 2010 was fun-connecting with friends, and farming virtual crops. Now, every new feature experiment pushes us further from what made it a social network. We need a fresh, fun alternative ASAP, not just another AI image generator producing odd results.


It’s an incredible superpower to function like a normal human when on low sleep and rest overall. It’s oddly empowering to realize what we are capable of as women/ parents.

Having young kids is an experiment in sleep deprivation. Today I had to give a talk on very little sleep (the little one woke up at 3am) and during the talk, an annoying verbal tick I thought I had eliminated a decade ago resurfaced three times. It was jarring. Made me wonder…
