Now that my time out is lifted, I can tell you what I've been up to these past days. A🧵 @ClubOfRome is a think tank founded in 1968, most people actually don't know they exist. They have a website, they even got a youtube channel. They got articles on wikipedia. #ClimateScam
On page 8 they tell us a bit about what they're about: Degrowth, a "less material world" (meaning less consumption), and taxes on the rich to "fight climate change" (which will by the way, always be made a problem to justify this taxation)
Not making this up. Page 5. You just need to learn what they MEAN by it. sustainable = limit consumption by limiting production equitable = equality of outcome (meaning everyone is allowed the same amount of bread)
The #ClubOfRome wants to take what's yours. The climate is nothing but a pretext. It's not about the climate, it's all about controlling and reducing your consumption.
"Transformation" = establish technocracy "tackle" = eradicate, get rid of, eliminate "global challenges" = free markets (because according to them, the "overproduction" (BIG QUOTES) causes environmental damage)
The #ClubOfRome is about controlling your consumption. That means rations, limits to what you can buy. This is why they want CBDCs - with CBDCs, it's possible to check how many steaks you bought and just "not letting you pay" in order to control what you can purchase.
@Jayati1609 is NOT an economist but an anti-human enemy of the world. Remember: every single one of their words is designed to sound harmless - that's because underneath it is a literal call for population control and impoverishment.
