Now that I’m finally home I must say, the @united app and their customer service team is an absolute nightmare. Hours on end spent going nowhere. A system that doesn’t recognize overlapping flights - canceling without warning. They need to hire whoever made the @Delta app

Taking @amtrak to Hartford tomorrow and I’m sure it will be better than the horrendous route they operate from Albany!
I am a frequent traveler on @amtrak but my god is their “empire line” experience just absolute trash and a far cry from anything you get between Boston and NYC. This train is insufferable, definitely my first and last time dealing with this! @amtrak
