World Mental Health Day. We have secured funding from @WiganCouncil to offer 1st year Membership & BSAC membership plus Scuba kit hire&training materials for one Wigan resident aged 14+ whom has suffered from Mental health. Nominate someone you know @BSACdivers #mentalhealth
